A compromise should be reached between the airport and Mr. Cunha, who is complaining about the rescue helicopter noise. The airport should move the helicopter 50 feet east, and Mr. Cunha should move to Lake Arrowhead.
I read, with great interest, Mr. Bergthold’s article on “A sustainable future” in your July 25 edition of the Grizzly, and for the first time in years I now feel that a small group in Big Bear realizes there is a problem that can be solved with community support and leadership.
